Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kliog platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Kliog provides an AI-native platform for service businesses, including tools for client management, invoicing, proposals, task management, AI-powered chat, developer APIs, and B2B networking. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plans and features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Free trials do not require a credit card and will not auto-convert to paid plans without your explicit consent.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We claim no ownership over your business data. We will not access your data except to provide the Service, respond to support requests, or as required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the Service's operation, using the Service for illegal purposes, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.

7. API Usage

Use of the Developer API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your plan. You must not share API keys or use them in a way that could compromise the security of other users' data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kliog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
